We are locally owned and operated and work with our clients to even out the peaks and valleys that are normal in the real estate business. We offer an exclusive 30 day grace period after the expected settlement date, to give agents the peace of mind about their financial decision to get an advance. Our fees vary based on the amount of the advance and the length of time until closing, but generally start at 7.5% and go up from there.
