It is a shame that banks have become so greedy. Utilizing legal loopholes and lawyers, they have the upper hand when it comes to gaining assets. In fact, isn't that what a bank is supposed to do? If you look t it from the investors view, that is correct. On the other hand, if the average hard working person has to lose their house due to greediness and economic recession this is not good for the overall economy either. You must use every avenue available to you under law. It is our civic duty to save homes, save families and ultimately save our economy!
