We didnt get into this business right after the economy crashed like 90% of our competitors. Nor are we charging 1000's of dollars for our services like most of these opportunist. Our fees were nominal before the Great Recession, and still are. The fact is, much of what we do can now be found free of charge with no guarantees of success by some volunteer working part time with some non profit organization. Because its free their pretty much overwhelmed with homeowners seeking no cost help. Which would be fine if stopping foreclosures were not such a race against the clock. The bottom line is, if you want professionals with almost 20yrs of experience working full time on your case at a more than reasonable price then you want us.
