The SBA Guy, LLC is an SBA-approved Lender Service Provider (LSP), offering contract underwriting and loan packaging service to local and national lenders. We perform these services under the SBA 7(a), SBA 504 and USDA B&I programs for approximately a dozen lenders in Arizona and another dozen banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders across the country. With more than 20 years' industry experience, we work with lenders that have either reduced or eliminated their experienced government-guaranteed lending staff or lenders that are interested in offering loans under these programs for the first time. In addition to underwriting and packaging, we can provide training, consulting and referral services.
