MSI Enterprises invests in 4 areas. First, we have a team located in the Birmingham, AL area that identifies, repairs, rents, and sells houses in a fix and flip model. The average profit per unit is $15K, and we will be doing 8-10 of these per month in 2 years. Second, we invest in E-commerce businesses that are underperforming primarily because of advertising. We purchase, either wholly or partially, these businesses and can often increase their worth 5-10X in 1 year. Third, we invest in dividend paying stocks. Our advisor has over 30 plus years doing this and the average yield of the portfolio is greater than 10%. Fourth, we invest in undervalued hotels. They are purchased, remodeled and upgraded, then resold with a turn around time of 5 years or less. Investors are paid 12% annually (1% per month) and at the end of the holding period, receive their capital returned along with 5% of the net profit from the sale.
