Mr. Dawson has worked as a contract attorney for the Imperial County court system on misdemeanor appeals We also have experience with drunk driving cases and traffic infractions. Mr. Dawson is available to make special appearances on civil as well as criminal matters. Imperial County has a number of court venues: Westmorland, Calexico, Brawley and the County seat, El Centro. Mr. Dawson has practiced in the labor and employment and work comp fields since 1982. Mr. Dawson has litigated cases throughtout California and in Arizona as well as before the National Labor Relations Board, the Cal and Az. Work Comp. Boards, the Agricultural Labor Relations Board, EDD, the AERB (in Arizona), OSHA and the California State Labor Commissioner. Mr. Dawson represents both employers and employees.
