Attorney Lloyd Hinchey received his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from Holy Cross College. He was co-captain of their Division I basketball team. He obtained his Juris Doctorate at UCONN School of Law. He has been a member of the Connecticut Bar Association since 1969 and has practiced his profession since that time. He was first associated with the Law firm of Goldberg, Vasington, Berkman and Hinchey. He then practiced for 20 years with the firm Hinchey and Cummings. ​ Lloyd has been active in the community: President of the NFA Board of Directors, President of the Norwich Sunrise Rotary Club and President of the Otis Library Board of Directors to name a few. Civic commitment is a foundation of Lloyd’s participation in Norwich where he was born and raised. ​ Areas of practice: Worker’s Compensation, DUI defense, Criminal Defense, Real Estate, Wills, Estates, Plaintiff's Negligence Cases and Corporate Law.
