About Attorney Ty Carss Ty Carss is a Southern California native whose law practice focuses on representing clients throughout the Southern California region. Upon Ty's graduation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001, Ty began his legal career by opening his private Southern California law practice in northern San Diego County. In the years since, Ty has devoted his practice to representing clients with high-quality, personal, and cost-effective services.
