Midstate Collection Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Mary Shores in Champaign, Illinois when she was just 24 years old, making her the youngest person in the world to own a collection agency at the time. As our Owner and CEO, Mary has over 30 years of experience in the collection industry. We are a professional organization dedicated to establishing long-term relationships with our clients. Our goal is to collect their past due receivables in a timely and honest manner through positive communication, integrity, and accountability.
