Criminal Law includes: Felony and Misdemeanor cases, State and Federal. Serious and minor offenses; Municipal Court Cases; I practice in all Missouri State and Federal Courts and Federal Courts in the State of Arkansas. Contract practice includes: writing and interpreting contracts and leases. If necessary representation of the client in court to enforce or defend the rights set forth in the contract or lease. Civil Rights Cases include 42 USC 1983 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 involving illegal actions by state government employees who have wronged private citizen(s).
