About Our Founder Jonathan D. Schmidt earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, and he earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Since then he has been licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Ohio, and he has also been admitted to practice before the federal district courts in the Northern District of Iowa and the Southern District of Ohio. Jonathan has been inducted into MENSA, the international high-IQ society that is open only to the top two percent of the population. He has also been named a List Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a Life Fellow of the Iowa State Bar Foundation. 303 Legal, P.C. founder Jonathan Schmidt has been honored to receive accolades from clients and peers alike.
