The Realness Magazine was founded in 2007 in Shreveport, LA by Ron Moon, who serves as Editor-In-Chief. In it's relatively short lifespan, The Realness (along with the website, TheRealnessMagazine.com) has been blessed to hold interviews with various heavy names in the music industry, including Rick Ross, 8Ball & MJG, Paul Wall, Rasheeda, and 40 Glocc, all while staying committed to the mantra of "bringing the balance." The Realness is an equal opportunity publication that shows coverage to multiple genres and styles of music and features those from all walks of life. It's not unusual for underground names to be featured prominently next to those of well-known, established acts.
