Brand Strategy: Experience has shown that for both personal and organizational branding, you must dig deep—into the very heart and soul—to unearth the true nature of a brand. When working with Neurotic Dog Studios, we will help you find these gems in your practice. Polish them through authentic branding and let them shine. These are the foundations on which your business is built - your values, mission, purpose, and passion. They won't rust, dull, or change color when exposed to the elements of the world (the stress of doing business, competition, and criticism). When this is what your brand is built on, you don't have to worry that a scratch will reveal the "glitz" is just on the surface because your foundations run deep. They are embraced from the C-suite to the frontline.
Brand Culture: We learn about your internal culture and assist you in crafting a system to redesign, improve or maintain it so that it becomes a developmental ground for your brand advocates (your employees). Value and respect are elements that are integral to a successful internal culture. All levels of employment should feel that they are valued and respected within the organization.
Identity Design: Here, we start to incorporate the work from strategy into how your brand can be experienced utilizing the five senses. Not all identity systems address all senses. The most common are visual and auditory (how things look and sound). The feel of your brand follows closely behind, although there are actually two types of "feel," the literal - texture - and the emotional. Your brand's emotional "feel" should be addressed at all points of the process. If your visual and auditory (in this case, text) don't have the same "feel," you will present a conflicted message to your audience.
Implementation and Rollout are managerial. They include ensuring that the pieces you need have transitioned into your brand and helping coordinate with outside vendors you may have engaged. Public Relations, Social Media, or Marketing vendors will all come in with their own vision. It is up to you - or your brand manager - to keep them in line and on brand. This is a short-term engagement - typically 3-6 months.
Fractional Chief Branding Officer - A FCBO is engaged with your entire organization to develop of SYSTEMS based on your core branding. It includes ongoing implementation and rollout activities, internal & external oversight of brand activity, and brand roadmaping.
