On-Demand Staffing: To respond to on demand staffing; we open our offices at 5:30am and have a diverse database with immediate access to motivated workers. Each morning our temporary employees indicate their availability for work which allows us the ability to select the best qualified worker based on our customers predetermined criteria. Our staff then selects the most qualified worker for each of our customer's job sites and ensures that they arrive on time. If you are not satisfied with our workers for any reason within the first two hours, you do not pay for them. Simply notify LaborMAX Staffing and we will replace that worker at no additional cost.
