SJS Engineering, LLC is a single member Limited Liability Company solely owned by Stephan J. Sutton and has been doing business since 2015. From 2013 to 2014 SJS Engineering was a sole-proprietorship. The Company offers specialized engineering and custom design and parts services within the custom vehicle aftermarket segment. Involvement within this unique industry reflects M. Sutton’s boyhood passions as he continues to grow and maintain his select group of clients. In 2015, he formalized the structure of the company SJS Engineering and launched SJS Engineering LLC (SJS). More recently and as an outgrowth of Mr. Sutton’s development skills and his gained expertise, SJS has migrated to providing management and engineering services directed primarily towards the e-Pen industry. This includes the importing of cartages and batteries from China through a controlled business arrangement (CBA) with Panda Electronics and Bear Electronics. In 2017, SJS business grew significantly as it branched out to buying, calibrating, reselling analytical equipment and consulting with the analytical chemistry industry. SJS continues to explore different business arrangements and CBA’s to improve its EBITDA and company’s valuation.
