Ground Up Design & Construction Management, Inc (Ground Up) was conceived by Robert Carnes, RCI and Stacie Gleim, LSA as a collaborative effort to combine their wealth of knowledge and expertise into a multi-discipline firm. Keith V. Crowe, P.E (KVC), a consulting engineering firm, was started by Keith V. Crowe specializing in civil engineering, hydrology, water conveyance and SCADA systems. Ground Up and KVC began a creative collaboration in 2005, with the desire to form a strategic alliance offering a "one stop shop" for clients. The Principals, at Ground Up and KVC, bring over 90 years of combined professional experience and a solid reputation for integrity and professionalism.
