Hall & Hall Engineers has been providing civil engineering and surveying services to cities, counties and developers throughout Iowa since 1953. Our client-centered philosophy comes directly from our founder, Merle Hall, a well-respected public works engineer who served Iowa communities for 29 years. Our services continue to grow with the addition of developing and implementing Geographic Information Systems for cities. We also assist local governments with public policy issues, such as water quality and floodplain management.
