Performs structural inspections of buildings, prepares specifications for repair, solicits bids, provides project oversite, inspections and administration for the Owner, reviews contractors pay applications, schedules and hosts regular meetings between the Contractor and Owner to review project schedule, project cost and construction issues. United Engineering makes sure the Owner gets what he/she paid for.
