We use standard LEAN tools and methodologies to identify engineering issues that result in increased costs and therefore reduced profitability. We craft customer and product specific "DATAEngines" to capture variations in critical to quality and critical to cost metrics in graphical and numerical reports. We use this information to determine cost/benefit ratios of the identified engineering issues and return to the customer options for addressing these issues. The customer decides when are where to allocate resources but with a much clearer understanding of the practical engineering issues and costs for every opportunity to expand their business or to reduce costs.
