We are a family-owned, full-service, geotechnical engineering firm that has served the geotechnical community since our company's inception in 1996. David H. Lee and Associates is concerned with providing expert geotechnical engineering services in the evaluation of construction defect claims, as well as structural damages for claims that have arisen as a consequence of ground movement (i.e. landslides, mudflows, and debris flows), flooding, settlement, heavy rains, groundwater migration, domestic wet line pipe breaks and fireline ruptures. We have also provided assessments and repair designs for structures damaged during major seismic events in central and southern California. We also provide soil testing in our LADBS Certified Laboratory.
