Mid-South Consulting, Inc. (MSC) was formed in May 2010 by Dr. Calvin G. Abernathy, P.E., DEE and David M. Hodge, P.E. MSC is an engineering and environmental services firm delivering exceptional service to public and private clients. Our range of services includes engineering design, environmental management and planning, and construction management. Our experience includes projects that range from small, short-term solutions to large, on-going environmental and infrastructure programs. We have offices in both Jackson and Tupelo.
