Primary services include: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); soil sampling and interpretation of laboratory data; groundwater sampling/ monitoring and interpretation of laboratory data; groundwater modeling studies, including pump/ slug tests, tidal studies, groundwater flow, and contaminant transport; Biennial Certifications for NJDEP imposed institutional controls, including deed notices (DNs) and classification exception areas (CEAs). Services also include: Preliminary Assessments (PAs); Site Investigations (SIs); receptor evaluations; Remedial Investigation Workplans (RIWs); and Remedial Investigations (RIs).
