We have been in Big Bear for almost a quarter-century and have a reputation of prompt, efficient service. We always return phone calls and emails promptly during office hours as well. We do not claim to be the cheapest....only the best! Why resort to an unlicensed "designer"? Some "designers" and draftsmen claim "they work with a licensed architect or engineer". While that may technically be true, it is the unlicensed person that actually draws the plans,not the licensed person, so you will not have the expertise and skill of the licensed person applied to your project. The licensed person usually then stamps/signs the plans "after the fact".
