GDW was founded in 2005 by Architect, Master Planner and Urban Designer Brent Thompson with the express purpose of crafting Destinations - "places people want to be" - worldwide. GDW has an extensive international portfolio, and has for years been involved in the pragmatic study of the way people use spaces. Since 1993 we have created environmentally responsible, custom residental and commercial structures throughout Southern California. Our designs are dynamic, modern and reflective of our client's lifestyle and aesthetic. We strive to incorporate our client's personal choices early on in the planning process - avoiding costly revisions.
