History In 1992, JLB Architectural Engineering was founded by Jeffrey L. Bortner, P.E. to provide the Aluminum and Glass Industry with Architectural Shop Drawing Services. Experience JLB Architectural Engineering has been providing all types of architectural shop drawing services to window and curtain wall manufacturers, dealers, and installers more than 18 years. Our experience includes both fixed and operating windows, ribbon windows, punched openings, storefronts, doors, entrances, interior glass walls, curtain wall systems - including structural glazing, flush glazing, pressure bar designs, etc. Among our services, we provide shop drawings, product design, extrusion detailing, fabrication drawings, material take-offs, specifications, and field inspection.
