dezq studio is a firm that has as a primary goal its commitment to design. The majority of the buildings in the area, specially the housing part of it, have compromised its design effectiveness with the desire of quick turnaround profits and the reminiscence of old traditional construction. We as a firm, approach design not only from the aesthetics point of view, but most importantly from its effectiveness in regards to its environmental foot print, endurance, and last but not least client satisfaction. Design for us is the end result of a thoughtful process where we take in consideration the surrounding environment, the site physical and social characteristics, the budget constraints, the scope of work, the local materials, and the aesthetics of the structure.
