Keith Sabin started his path in the home design business when he received a scholarship for architectural technology at Coastal Carolina Community College in 1991. He began working at Hobbs Surveying Company where he headed the AutoCAD design department for eight years. During this time he managed to start his own part-time business designing homes and commercial buildings for many of the local builders and developers he had met. It was in 2000 when Keith decided to leave the surveying business and start Sabin's Drafting Company full time. To this date he has designed hundreds of homes and buildings ranging from Fayetteville, North Carolina to Charleston, South Carolina and a villa project in the Bahamas.
