Churchill Inspection services the greater Raleigh, Durham, Triangle area. My services are aimed at helping people understand the conditions of a home and the conditions of it's mechanical systems. Typically, a home inspection takes 3 to 5 hours to complete and then a report can be emailed or faxed within 24 to 48 hours. As a licensed home inspector I conduct my inspection with courtesy for the homeowner. I utilize separate tools and attire for inside and outside the home. The objective is to gather the most information about the home without leaving a trace. Aside from home inspections I am motivated to educate homeowners on do it yourself home improvements and home decorative features. As a former shop teacher I have years of experience assisting, planning and problem solving with people to create and complete odd jobs and one off features in and around the home.
