Stephen Sanders is an Architectural Services Consultant committed to developing conceptual ideas to completion for residential and commercial properties in the following; - Layout Planning and Site Planning for remodeling, renovations, build outs, additions and new construction. - Acts as an independent planning and feasibility consultant (using due diligence), in the conceptual stage. - Does architectural drafting using "Revit" ( a Building Information Modeling program ), that allows various aspects of architectural drafting, including 3-D rendering, cutaway views and perspective drawings with shading. - Affiliated with engineers and an architect who take the conceptual plans through the working document stage ( i.e. engineer and architectural working drawings that are signed, sealed and ready for permitting. - Works with contractors, real estate investors and primary owners. Stephen received his Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting and Technology from New England Institute of Technology in 2000, and is currently a Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Designers. After working for a couple of architects for three years, Stephen started his own business nine years ago. He has built a reputation for quality service amongst his clients, for being with them from project conception through project completion and beyond.
