Licensed Professional Land Surveyor and Certified Federal Surveyor with 30 years of experience, the last 20 in California. Licensed in California, Virginia, and West Virginia. In addition to my private practice I am also Instructor of the "Legal Aspects of Land Surveying" course at Santiago Canyon College in the City of Orange. Santiago Canyon College has one of the largest surveying student bodies in the United States. I have prepared the compilations of cases cited in "Brown's Boundary Control and Legal Principles": "Federal Land Boundary Cases and Codes" and "California Land Boundary Cases and Codes". Additionally, an annotated copy of the BLM pamphlet "Restoration of Lost or Obliterated Corners and Subdivision of Sections", and a reprint of the 1919 Advance Sheets.
