Oak Hills Surveying Associates, L.C. opened for business in 1996 as a home owned business in Lindon, UT. Primary emphasis provided property boundary surveying services for private property interests and minor subdivisions. The specialty skills were in the location of section corner monuments and subdivision work within the public land survey system (PLSS). As reputation for quality work at fair prices spread, the scope of services expanded to include topographic surveys, water rights surveys and mineral survey restorations. Projects have included numerous rural/mountainous surveys and subdivisions, federal, state, county and city survey projects and both private and commercial development projects.
