Michelle started her sole proprietorship in April 2012 to assist businesses and non-profit organizations with: •Interim and/or Ongoing Accounting and Financial Reporting Services; •Audit Preparation and Readiness Assistance; •Internal Auditing and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance; •Fraud Prevention, Detection, and Deterrence Assistance; and •Various Special Projects. Michelle works with for-profit and not-for-profit business owners, CFO's, and Controllers to help them meet their accounting and financial reporting needs, and to fill gaps in staffing. Michelle is available for short-term projects or long-term engagements.
