The firm prepares tax returns for all entities to include Individual, corporate, and special returns for not for profit organizations, estate tax returns and highway taxes. This is not a complete listing, but most of desribes our current tax practice. We assist small business with most of the functions that can be done by a second party. These services includes prepartion of payroll tax reports, preparing general ledgers, maintaining and creating accounting systems, and preparation of financial statements. The firm performs audits of governmental and not for profit entities. The firm is qualified to do Single Audits in conformance with OMB Circular A-133 and audits subject to Governemental Auditing Standards.
