The practice of AGC consists of: R&D planning, proposal preparation/review; geophysical/geotechnical scope of work reviews; field testing program planning & reviews; guidance on data analysis; report reviews & recommendations; customized in-house training; QA/QC program development & review; troubleshooting & forensics; expert witness/testimony. The Owner of AGC is Dwain K. Butler. He has a PhD in geophysics and is a Registered Professional Geologist. Until retirement in 2002, he was the Principal National Technical Expert, environmental and Hydrogeology, US Army Corps of Engineers. He was Senior Principal Scientist, Alion S&T Corp for 7 yrs. He formed AGC in 2009.
