Business Valuations and Appraisals I perform appraisals of the non-tangible assets of companies (goodwill, customer lists, future and discounted revenues, patents and trademark, etc.) Often this is used for IRS filing for gifting and estate planning, partnership issues (divorces, disputes, death, disability), and for mergers and acquisitions benchmarking. I am accredited by the National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and hold an MBA from the University of Chicago.
