About Us Eva K Weiss, founder and CEO, has over 20 years of combined experience in risk and internal control assessment, corporate investigations, fraud examination, and forensic accounting at Big Four accounting firms and with New York State government. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics and is active in community affairs and professional organizations. Ms. Weiss' extensive experience in fraud examination, forensic accounting, internal control and Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 implementation includes; risk and controls assessments, investigations of FCPA violations, anti-money laundering, investigations of financial statement fraud, procurement fraud, bid rigging, bribes and kickbacks, embezzlements and asset misappropriations.
