We perform infrared inspections of electrical and mechanical systems. Infrared imagers are used to detect anomalies in the systems. Anomalies in electrical systems are high resistance connections that are invisible to the naked eye but which can be detected using thermal imaging. These anomalies can cause power outages, damage to equipment, production loss and fires. Detecting them before failure allows repairs before damage occurs. In mechanical equipment, motors, bearings and gearboxes can be inspected for above normal heat which indicates a potential problem. We also perform roof moisture surveys which are used to detect sub-surface moisture and leaks in flat roofs.
