Experienced technical staff having the practical knowledge in applying Nondestructive Testing methodology to meet customer specification requirements. Capable of implemnting onsite testing capabilities. Knowledgeable in several test methods: ultrasonic testing, contact/ immersion, bond testing including phased array for both metallic and composite structures. Radiography both x-ray & gamma using film and digital methods. Additional testing methods include Eddy Current, Penetrant, Mag Particle, Conductivity, Hardness, Nital Etch and chemical processes. General and specific training tailored to meet customer requirements. Auditing and Level 3 services to meet most quality accreditations.
