Generally, a Virtual Assistant, or VA, supports a client with any work or personal need without being geographically present at the client's location. In other words, a VA uses e-mail, instant messaging, fax, phone and all other virtual methods available to communicate. Clerical Assistance can assist the busy entrepreneur, writer, office manager, physcian, or student in answering e-mails, internet research, event planning, data entry, the list is virtually endless. In 2003, I took my passion for administrative work, my experience, my devotion to customer satisfaction and my own personal determination to succeed and made it my own.
