Nalls Develoment and Investment is a privately-owned company, that acquires, renovates, and manages multi-family residential properties in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. We specialize in providing decent housing to working class familes and consider ourselves as members of the community, too. We don't just work here - we live here. Affordable housing is becoming one of the major budget requirements of families who work, attend church and school in the city. Rents are outpacing incomes, in many areas. As such, we consider ourselves partners with our tenants in keeping costs as low as possible. We don't scrimp, but conscienously try to keep utility costs to a minimum as well as the other costs of ownership so we don't have to pass those on as rent increases.

I have been in business for 17 years with specializations in paper and computer organization, time management skills and working with clients who have ADD, ADHD, Chronic Disorganization. I work with individuals and corporations one on one and in a very hands on manner. I believe that coaching can be very effective once a client has an established set up but that it is essential to start at the basic structure and work from there. I also believe that organization can be very daunting for some clients and it is up to me to give them support while changing their work or life environments.
