RomanPower International Services, LLC has been in the business of supervising and managing construction projects through its affiliate, the CELESTIAL MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT COMPANY; and other affiliated Companies, such as CELESTIAL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, has been providing all year-round heating, ventilation and air conditioning services for both residential and commercial accounts. In 2003, we merged our construction management and development operations with LPI ARCHITECTS, INC., a California-based and licensed architectural firm, to enable our Company to better serve our clientele in the areas of ???design??? and ???build??? activities (N.B. ??? the newly-merged Company is now known simply as: ???CELESTIAL MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT COMPANY???).
