FIC Human Resource Partners, LLC is a small, LGBT & Veteran owned business dedicated to Fostering Inclusive Cultures through Policy, Training, & Discussion. We are located in Lancaster, PA and serve clients throughout the Untied States. FIC began in July of 2018 with a single client seeking the development of a full suite of inclusive policies in advance of an upcoming expansion. That single 3 month contract led the founder of FIC to begin conceptualizing what we would become. In January of 2019 we officially launched our services. Today FIC Human Resource Partners has entered into partnerships with several other companies that offer Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion focused services in addition to our providing our clients with the HR Policy, Training, and Management Services that help make them truly inclusive. FIC Consulting offers your organization an independent set of eyes to review your existing policies, bring to light areas where they can be adjusted to be more forward thinking and inclusive, or help you develop new ones to achieve organizational goals that weren't on the radar when your policies were first being developed. We also offer new businesses and entrepreneurs looking to make their first hire the ability to start off with a full set of policies and handbooks that will set the culture of their organization off on the right path from day one. Each policy is created in collaboration with our clients to achieve their specific organizational goals. Our Employee Life Cycle Management Offers small and medium sized companies affordable access to part-time HR services. FIC Employee Life Cycle Management can help a small to medium size company that doesn't yet need a full time HR Department and wants to have a dedicated person to help them manage their Employee's Life Cycles rather than rely on semi automated web based platforms that require a busy management team or independent owner to do the work they may not feel comfortable doing or have the time to do well. We provide organizations with a single account representative to assist in the crafting of job descriptions, resume reviews, on-boarding, training, PTO, benefits liaising, performance evaluations, off-boarding, and more. All of which is offered for an affordable monthly rate.
