Mark R. Graham holds specialization in talent management that includes workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement. Being an expert in developing employees’ skills, he helps other employees enhance their productivity and build loyalty. He creates, administers, and delivers training programs for businesses and organizations. To do this, Mark first assesses the needs of an organization. The training needs are analyzed through targeted surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
