What We Do: We bring partnership and expertise to non-profit organization in all areas of capacity building: Organizational Development: We lead organizations through mission and vision statement creation and clarification. We work to enhance the effectiveness of human resources through coaching and training, while inspiring team investment in organizational goals. We have served organizations in areas such as capacity building, strategic planning and financial management. Fundraising & Development: We assist in developing data bases of donors and grant writing. Programs/Services Development: We conduct program evaluations and needs assessments with a view to building capacity, and consult with senior leaders with respect to program design and development.
