A Certified Strategic Planning Facilitator will guide your business through a 3 day workshop with a series of exercises and tools. At the end of the 3 day process your company will have the most comprehensive plan that encompasses the Strategic, Operational, and Financial parts of your organization. Full time clients will renew there plan with a facilitator every 30-90 days. This allows the organization to be nimble and always working "on the business" and the same time they work "in the business". Pathway Plans also offers business consulting.
