Sparks Management Inc. (SMI) offers owner representation services in all aspects of the project process from inception to move in. Our role as your project manager is to facilitate the project process for you, allowing you to be as much or as little involved as you would like. We are comprised of individuals who have been in the design and construction industries for the majority of our careers. Each person brings expertise, experience and gained skill sets with a deep understanding of the project process, which we use collectively to our clients' advantage. SMI specializes in challenging and complex projects, offering particular experience managing projects that require intense collaboration with multiple client groups, consultants and contractors.
