DTR is a unique Building Design Consultant hired by the Architect, Building Owner or Contractor to provide Technical direction during the design phases in areas such as waterproofing the building envelope, developing construction specifications to specify products or component performance and longevity, provide quality control peer review of the construction documents minimizing construction conflicts and prolonged construction schedule.
