As the principal owner of "The EFCA Group, LLC", I have acquired more than 20 years of experience with MIami dade County Public Schools, the fourth largest school district in United States. Our qualifications are in accordance with the State of Florida requirements FS: Architects 471, Engineers 481, Inspectors 468, Fire Safety Inspector 633.08 certifications. We also have extensive training and actual experience with the School Board's construction program. EFCA's technical administrators are multi-discipline reviewers.
