Alpen Property Services supervises, maintains and oversees all business at commercial properties for their owners. We often manage the financial, operational and day-to-day affairs of buildings, including creating budgets, conducting meetings with tenants and owners. This may include collecting rent, negotiating leases, making mortgage payments, analyzing service contracts, sub-contracting with all needed services, aligning vendors, conduct and/or coordinate property inspections, mechanical systems and operations analysis and inspections, general property maintenance, implement preventative maintenance programs, analyzing property security, safety training for tenants, security camera analysis / review / monitoring and 24 hour security guard service.
