Our core market is the small and medium business which the Avaya partner and IP Office systems fit (3-360 phones per location). All equipment on site is NOT refurbished, opened, used, or gray market. All equipment comes with the manufacturer’s 1 yr parts warranty. Not only do we sell equipment, we have a full implementation and support staff. The CCS Support Group is certified and able to service, install, support, and offer maintenance plans to all avaya customers within the US.
